Månestråle

Månestråle (Danish word for "beam of the moon") was founded in 2002 by Marise and Nikolaj Østergaard with the desire to create luxurious knitwear tailored to your style. Since the beginning our signature styles have been fine knitted cashmere, but you will always find a large range of carefully-selected yarns in our collection.

In order to give you knitwear of a high quality we only uses yarns from the best spinners, mainly Italic, and only cooperate with skilled craftsman people. We try new yarns and new techniques. We create classic knitwear you can have for years because both the design and the quality are so lasting. And we create fashionable styles because we always seek to bring our design a little further and wishes the style to be a product of our time.

We started out with a boutique at Jægersborg Allé in Charlottenlund and today we are represented all over Skandinavia, in several European countries and in USA.

We are very passionate about what we do, simply because we love to see beautiful people wear beautiful clothes!
